আপনি যেকোনো সময় আপনার চলো একসাথে শিখি অ্যাকাউন্ট ও তার সাথে যুক্ত ব্যক্তিগত
তথ্য মুছে ফেলতে পারেন। নিচের যেকোনো একটি উপায়ে অনুরোধ করুন।
উপায় ১ — অ্যাপ থেকে (সাথে সাথে)
- অ্যাপে লগইন করুন
- প্রোফাইল → প্রোফাইল সম্পাদনা এ যান
- নিচে অ্যাকাউন্ট মুছে ফেলুন এ চাপ দিন
- পাসওয়ার্ড দিয়ে নিশ্চিত করুন
সাথে সাথে অ্যাকাউন্ট মুছে যাবে।
উপায় ২ — ইমেইলে অনুরোধ (অ্যাপ ছাড়া)
অ্যাপ ইনস্টল করা না থাকলে বা লগইন করতে না পারলে আমাদের ইমেইল করুন:

যোগাযোগ করতে পারি
অনুরোধ যাচাইয়ের পর ৭ কর্মদিবসের মধ্যে অ্যাকাউন্ট মুছে ফেলা হবে।

- মোবাইল নম্বর ও ইমেইল
- জেলা, শিক্ষাপ্রতিষ্ঠান ও রোল নম্বর
- প্রোফাইল ছবি
- পাসওয়ার্ড, লগইন সেশন ও রেফারেল কোড
যা থেকে যায়
নিচের রেকর্ডগুলো পরিচয়হীন অবস্থায় থেকে যায় — এগুলোতে আপনার নাম বা যোগাযোগের কোনো তথ্য থাকে না:

পরীক্ষা, অনুশীলন, ব্যাটল ও প্রতিযোগিতার ফলাফল — অন্য শিক্ষার্থীদের ফলাফল ও
র্যাংকিং অক্ষত রাখতে
- স্টোন, পয়েন্ট ও Premium সুবিধার হিসাব — হিসাব ঠিক রাখতে
অ্যাপ চালু থাকা পর্যন্ত এই পরিচয়হীন রেকর্ডগুলো রাখা হয়।
মুছে ফেলার পর অ্যাকাউন্টটি আর ফিরে পাওয়া যাবে না। জমানো স্টোন, পয়েন্ট, streak
ও চলমান Premium সুবিধা হারিয়ে যাবে।

Delete your account
App: Cholo Eksathe Shikhi (চলো একসাথে শিখি) · Developer: Shikhi Labs
You can delete your Cholo Eksathe Shikhi account and the personal data
linked to it at any time. Use either of the two ways below.
Option 1 — In the app (immediate)
- Log in to the app
- Go to Profile → Edit Profile
- Tap Delete Account at the bottom
- Confirm with your password
Your account is deleted immediately.
Option 2 — By email (without the app)
If the app is not installed or you cannot log in, email us:

Send an email to
choloeksatheshikhi@gmail.com
with the subject Delete my account
- Include the mobile number registered on your account

To confirm the account is yours, we may contact you on the registered
number or email
Once the request is verified, the account is deleted within
7 working days.
Send a deletion request
Data that is deleted
- Name
- Mobile number and email address
- District, school or college, and roll number
- Profile photo
- Password, login sessions and referral code
Data that is kept
The records below are kept in a form that no longer identifies you. They
contain neither your name nor any contact details:

Exam, practice, battle and competition results — to keep other students'
results and rankings intact
- Stone, point and Premium access records — to keep the records consistent
These de-identified records are kept for as long as the app operates.
A deleted account cannot be recovered. Your stones, points, streak and any
active Premium access are lost.
